Description

We are located "Right on the sand"
You will not find another house closer to the surf in Oregon!

A little more than a mile south of the town of Rockaway Beach Oregon, located on a half acre covered in tall shore pines, at the end of a long private drive (and way off the beaten path) you will find our three bedroom, two bathroom oceanfront house with street of dreams features.

Completed in December of 2009, this Oceanfront 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Luxury House is Built Directly on a 7 mile long pristine sandy beach and has private, direct low bank private beach access(4-8 steps depending on the season).

Some of the homes features include; 24 foot vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, floor to ceiling wall of windows, Marble, Granite, Ocean view Stainless island kitchen, breakfast bar, high end lighting & plumbing fixtures, Marble, Travertine, Slate, Etc. and all the other features that you would expect to find in a street of dreams home.

No Goodwill or hand-me-down furnishings here. The home is filled with locally made Solid wood furniture, New top quality mattresses (one king and two Queens) Expensive linens, Etc. everything is clean, new and in perfect condition.

For your entertainment there are new flat Panel LCD HD, TV's in every room with Blue-ray & DVD players and Dish Network 4 room "Hopper" DVR system that always has the last 8 days of commercial free Prime-time Network TV for you to watch.

The ocean view island kitchen is equipped with a chef in mind and has everything you need to make all your families favorites. (Pots, Pans, bowels, knives, kitchen tools & Gadgets, silverware, dishes, Etc.)

Note: The BBQ is NOT available from November - April (they do not survive the winter storms)

The entire upper level is the master suite with a bedroom (king bed), private bathroom (w/shower) (real bedroom with door) and a small loft area.

The main level has 2 small bedrooms (Queen beds) with a large bathroom (w/shower)

If the weather is bad, sit on the couch in front of the fireplace and enjoy the up-close front row seats for storm watching. If it's nice, carry some firewood (provided) a few Steps out the back door for a fire on the beach. "No disappointments!"

Off season rate $175 a night (Oct 1- May 9)

Summer-Holiday $275/night (May 10th - June 30 & Sept 1-30)

Peak Summer $300/night (July 1 - Aug 31)

$60 Cleaning fee
$200 Refundable security deposit
$35 Pet fee per stay (on a case by case basis)

No Hidden fees! The room taxes are included in the rental rate. We do not charge reservation, booking or any other "made up" fees.

We have a 6 person maximum occupancy and pets are possible on a case by case basis (with $35 per stay fee)

Right on the sand is an understatement, off the back deck and your on the beach.The pictures do not do the house justice, this not your average vacation rental; all brand new furnishing and the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a vacation rental (it even has comfortable beds!) Located more than a mile out of town the house is secluded and the beach was not crowded. We spent every night in front of the fire on the beach (40 feet away from the house). We now understand why this house is hard to reservation at (book early).

Location is everything! We came with big plans and a lengthy itinerary of things to see everything the Oregon coast had to offer. We ended up spending almost our entire stay just hanging out and playing on the beach. I guess now we have to come back. (and the house was great too!)

The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The beach is right outside your door. The views are un-real and the wave watching is the best. It also has the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen in a vacation rental. We will be back!

This home was exactly what we wanted and more. The view is so perfect, even during a storm.The beach is gorgeous and clean and was never crowded. The home has most everything that you would need and it very comfortable. It is hard to find a rental home with all of these emenities and allows dogs. We were fortunate enough to see a whale breaching just outside of the breakers one morning from the deck. We will definatly be back....

Thank you for letting us use your lovely home. We really enjoyed falling asleep listening to the ocean. The views are unmatched and with no stairs to the beach even my even my 93 year old mother was able to enjoy some quality time there.

My husband, my 7month old son and our 2 doggies stayed here for 3 nights and we never wanted to leave. It was doggy heaven and heaven for my lil family. Definitely a dream kitchen having everything you could possibly think of. We definitely packed more than we needed. The nearby Pirates Cove had amazing food that i didnt always have to cook. We lucked out with the amazing weather making the beach experience that much more great. The house is very clean, comfortable and luxurious... My family and I are definitely coming back in the future! :)

We arrived at the house and were pleased with what we saw. The kids ran out the back door to play on the beach. They spent the next 5 days out the back door on the beach declaring it the best vacation ever and wanted to come back again next summer! (Oh yeah the house is really nice too)

Location is everything! In 2011 our family stayed at a nice oceanfront house in Seaside Oregon that was a couple hundred yards away from the ocean. Everyday we would haul all of our stuff out on the beach and set up about 50 yards from the surf to enjoy the ocean. In 2012 we came here and spent the entire vacation about 40 yards from the surf enjoying the ocean from the back deck. The house is nicely decorated, well equipped and very clean.

No one has mentioned the kitchen yet; the down drift gas range, dual dishwashers, deeeep stainless sinks with restaurant style facets, small appliances, pots, pans, kitchen tools, utensils, gadgets even a shape set of knifes.
