* Check in time is at 4:00 pm and check out time is at 11:00 am. (Exceptions can be made)
* Rates are based on a maximum of 8 person occupancy
* Any violation of the law, or the rental agreement are grounds for immediate eviction, without refund
* You must be over 25 to rent the lake house
* We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items
* There is no smoking inside the lake house
* No RV's, campers, or tents are allowed on the premises
* Any items removed or damaged to the property will be charge to your credit card account.
* No pets will be allowed without prior approval, and if approved, there will be a non - refundable $50 deposit
* Our rates are $150 per night up to 8 people and $15 a night per person over 8. There is a 2 night minimum stay. We accept Visa or MasterCard for payment. Full payment is due at the time of reservation and there is a non-refundable $100 cleaning fee in addition to the rent. Cancellations will receive a full refund if we can re-book the week and all cancellations will receive the cleaning fee. To avoid additional cleaning charges and to help keep the cleaning fee down for our customers, we ask that you remove the garbage from the house, and wash your dirty dishes, we do have a cleaning person who will wash towels and bedding once you've checked out. If the house needs additional cleaning due to the condition that you left it in, we will charge your credit card for the additional cost charged to us by the cleaning company. Failure to return the key will result in a $50.00 lock changing charge.
