Who are we and why do we do this? We get this asked all the time so I'll answer it here so everyone knows. We created this site at first to help advertise our own vacation rentals that we own scattered throughout Oregon. In order to help generate rentals we created this site and it worked very well. Some of the major companies that we were initially signed up for we ended up canceling and we went strictly with our own site.

Another reason why we created this site is because we were sick of the expensive rates other sites continue to raise. In addition, they kept adding features and getting rid of features that we needed. For instance, why do we have to use a specific availability calendar? We wouldn't mind the option of using it, but we would prefer the ability to link it elsewhere. Also, why should a guest book be mandatory on our listing. The owner should have the ability to turn it off or on and to approve fake feedback. We took this into account when we built this site, as well as many other features.

With the development of this site we were able to perfect exactly what we wanted (a vacation rental owner) with what was actually possible in coding this site. We now believe that we have a simple yet completely usable and easy to use interface to search or post your vacation rental listing. Give it a try and see what you think.
